The purpose of this pole vault training camp is to teach pole vaulters an array of exercises, drills and workouts that they can apply on their own throughout the year.
Summer is for learning and preparing for the Spring track season: Our focus will be to teach and train the specific needs for pole vaulters that want to be great!
STRENGTH- Age appropriate strength training for all ability-levels
SPEED - Develop efficient stride pattern for speed and injury prevention - Avoid shin splints!
SKILL - Create a foundation of pole vault skills through a wide variety of drills and vaulting
